Q: Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?
A: Yes. All Lumière sunglasses come equipped with UV 400 protection, which blocks 100% of both UVA and UVB rays. This level of protection helps reduce the risk of long-term eye damage from sun exposure, while also enhancing comfort by reducing glare. With Lumière, you're getting both premium style and top-tier eye safety.

Q: Why does my frame look slightly different from the one shown on Lumierebrand.ae?
A: That’s because each of our acetate frames is carefully handcrafted from custom materials, giving every pair its own distinct pattern and texture. The natural variations in the acetate—especially in certain colorways—mean no two frames are exactly alike. This artisanal process ensures that your LUMIÈRE sunglasses are genuinely one of a kind, with a character and individuality that can’t be replicated.

Q: Are the products on LUMIÈREBRAND.AE the same as those in LUMIÈRE stores?

A: If your desired frame is currently unavailable, simply sign up for our restock notifications on the product page. After choosing your size, an out-of-stock alert will appear where you can enter your email. We’ll notify you as soon as your frame is back in stock!

Q: Where are LUMIÈRE frames made?
A: LUMIÈRE frames are designed and prototyped in Dubai. Each frame is meticulously handmade using premium materials, authentic hardware, and riveted hinges for maximum durability. The production process involves over 130 detailed steps and takes place in our long-standing factory in China, which has been part of the LUMIÈRE family for nearly 15 years.

Q: How should I clean my LUMIÈRE glasses?
A: For a quick clean, gently blow off any loose dust or particles from your frames, then wipe them using the LUMIÈRE chamois cloth included with your glasses.

For a deeper clean, fill a bowl with water and add a drop of moisturizer-free liquid dish soap. Soak your frames for a few minutes, then gently wipe them clean with a soft cloth or premium paper towel.

When you’re not wearing your glasses, always store them in their protective case to prevent damage and avoid direct sunlight exposure. While our lenses are scratch-resistant, they’re not scratch-proof, so handle your frames with care to keep them looking their best.
